Everything ships from Albemarle, North Carolina, packed by the same people who made it.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. We make in small batches, so if something sells out between your order and our bench, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.
During market weekends and the holiday season, processing can take an extra day.

- Flat-rate shipping on orders under $35, calculated at checkout
- We currently ship within the United States only
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they ship. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.
Warm weather and melting
This is worth reading. Tallow is a natural fat, not a water-based lotion, and it softens in heat. In summer, or if your package sits in a hot mailbox or on a porch in the sun, your jar may arrive softer than it left us, and the whipped texture may look flatter or slightly grainy.
The product is not spoiled and it has not gone bad. The ingredients are unchanged. To bring the texture back, put the closed jar in the refrigerator for about an hour, then let it return to room temperature. It will firm up again. The feel on skin is unaffected either way.
If you would rather not risk it, ordering earlier in the week helps packages avoid sitting in a weekend facility. And if a jar arrives in a state you are genuinely unhappy with, email us a photo and we will replace it.
Local pickup and markets
We are at markets and pop-ups across the Charlotte and Albemarle area most weekends. If you would rather pick up in person and skip shipping entirely, email us before ordering and we will arrange it. Current dates are on our Local Events page.
Wrong address
If you catch an address mistake, email us immediately at Support@beefyblisstallow.com. If the package has not shipped we can fix it. Once a package is in the carrier's hands we cannot reroute it, and we are not able to replace orders lost to an incorrect address free of charge — though we will always try to help.
